Wiktrade may introduce or coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Suppliers and contractors operate independently
- Contracts may be entered directly between the client and supplier/contractor, unless otherwise agreed
- Wiktrade is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party suppliers or contractors
6. Pricing and Payment
- All fees, costs, and payment terms will be outlined in proposals or agreements
- Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Additional costs may apply for changes outside the agreed scope
7. Changes to Scope
Any changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements may:
- Affect timelines and delivery
- Result in additional costs
All changes should be agreed in writing.
8. Service Delivery
Wiktrade will use reasonable skill, care, and diligence in providing services.

Labour shortages
Government actions
Technical or infrastructure failures
14. Termination

Any outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.
15. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and deliverables provided by Wiktrade remain the intellectual property of Wiktrade or its licensors unless otherwise agreed.
You may not reproduce or distribute such materials without prior written consent.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
